成功或失败？

最近在facebook都看见小学，中学和大学的同学，大家都有一番成就！我以前总觉得自己很了不起，中学就到名校上学，大学最后一年就出国，degree读完再读一年的postgraduate diploma，学了不错的英文！可是毕业后在不到accounting的工，就一直呆在快餐店当一个普通的职员！所谓普通的职员，就是什么都要做！

反而没出国在malaysia上学的同学，有些都已经在做经理了！每个都在自己的领域发挥！我还在原地踏步或是退步！虽然说我一个月的收入有澳币2000等于马币6000，会比一个经理的收入多很多，可是当我回国的时候，在同学聚会时，他们会用不同的眼光看我，在他们眼里我市没有成就的！

在这里出现了钱和地位的问题，我的收入是比较多，可是我没有很好听的title！而他们却有很好听的title！到底谁是成功？谁是失败？就看你在乎的是什么！我在乎的是赚多一点钱和在这里的生活习惯，自由自在和relax！

突然间想到原来自己的法名叫达恒，因为在这里是永远不会听到有人会这样叫我，所以渐渐把这个名字也忘了！

当然也想起了给我这个法名的法师，也是我的皈依师，明典法师。如果没记错的话，我应该是在2002 或是 2003 年的11月22日皈依的！

我还清楚记得当师父解释这个法名的含义给我听。恒 - 凡事都要持之以恒，做每一件事情都要有恒心，没有恒心，事情就做不成！或许在他眼中发现了我是个没恒心的人，所以给了我这个法名，希望我做事要有恒心！

我复出了

我不见了很久！在忙什么呢？忙PR，忙找工，忙着做工，忙着我的狗，忙着招待客人，忙着毕业典礼，忙着陪爸妈吃饭。。。。

我又回到了HJ上班，在这个经济不景气的时候，失业率直飚，我却在这个时候毕业，找不到工。可是快餐店永远都不会倒，再加上我有经验，所以我非常幸运的可以在快餐店里打一份工！一份不需要用脑的工，每天准时上班，做一样的东西，做汉堡包，front counter, drive thru, 打扫，跟同事聊天放屁，到时间就走人，工钱也不错，有什么不好呢？

PR的事情也忙好了，现在只要耐心地等，花了不少钱，所以现在要努力赚钱，还要缴一笔钱，而且是蛮大的一笔！希望一切都会顺利！

我还没有在这里介绍过我的狗，他叫Cooper！Maltese x Shih Tzu。白色加浅浅的褐色！男的！非常可爱的一只狗！出生于2008年9月22日！所以现在还不到6个月！他是我的管家仔，任何声音他都不放过，就连隔壁邻居的事他也要管！他没事做就会帮忙挖树根！搞得自己全身肮脏！

还了下次再写吧！现在要赶着出去忙我的狗！

昨晚看电视，有些无良商家卖超过六年的车胎 (tyre). 虽然这不是犯法，可是年纪老的车胎，橡胶硬化，就很容易造成交通意外！所以我要和大家分享如何看车胎的年龄。方法很简单！

车胎上都有一系列的号码，包括尺寸，出生日期，厂家的号码。。。。今天我只要讲出生日期！我照了我家的车胎来解释！在车胎上找出四个号码，这是个号码通常都是在最后面的，而且这组号码是不包含任何英文字母！这就是车胎的出生日期！

前面两个号码是代表着星期，后面两个代表着年份！上面的车胎是在2007年的第2个星期生产的！下面这个车胎就是在2007年的第10个星期出生的！

如果在车胎上只找到三个号码，例如329，就代表着车胎是在1999年的第32个星期出生的！所以要换车胎的时候请记得看好车胎的出生日期以确保自己和家人安全！

为了应酬姐姐，所以我要介绍我的Wii。我记得我们小时候，妈妈从不买游戏机给我们，因为他说买了游戏机就会忽略学业！我从去年的圣诞节就开始想要一部了，可是天天缺货，所以一直到四月我预订了才买到这一部！我喜欢的原因是它是无线，它全白，它很高科技，我也可以在家做运动！

这是我所买的游戏，其中最喜欢的是Lego Indiana Jones，超好玩！而厨师的最爱是Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08。

这是Mario Kart，没有想象中的好玩！

这是Wii Fit，瑜伽、健身、平衡游戏、量体重，样样齐！只限于１５０公斤以下！

虽然花了满多钱在这个游戏上，可是我爱待在家里，所以在家里也有一些娱乐！厨师曾经疯狂一时于他的高尔夫球游戏，还买了一部新的42寸LCD 电视！而我也贡献了一套音响，玩游戏的时候超有FEEL!

McHappy Day

今天是麦当劳的 McHappy Day，是一个筹款活动，目标是澳币两百万，为了帮助生病的小孩和家人。麦当劳对社会的贡献很多，而且每次都办得很成功，或许这是他公司的宗旨之一。

我是麦当劳的常客，今天的活动当然少不了我，虽然我今天不是很想吃汉堡包，不过为了支持他们和帮助生病的小孩，我还是去买了一个Big Mac Value Meal. 因为每买一个BigMac，其中的一块钱都会捐去Ronald McDonald House。另外买了两只吸水管，一只两块钱，这钱是完全去慈善用的，可以说是为了这次的活动特别设计的。

好事不怕做得多，就算亏本也没关系，只要能帮到别人那就够了！我今天很开心，因为助人为快乐之本！

Tax vs Accounting

There is a very close relationship between tax and accounting, maybe u can say tat tax is part of accounting. I am addicted to tax since i first took my tax unit in my degree, i found that it is more interesting than accounting as accounting is just a set of formula and rules. However, I think tax is more challenging and related to our daily life. I can save tax but without doing it illegally, it is extremely useful.

So i decided to do postgraduate diploma of taxation. When i am totally focus on my taxation rules, i found that i forgot the basic thing of accounting not even bookkeeping which i learnt since i was 16. Holy shit!!! I forgot how to do profit and loss statement, balance sheet, trial balance....wat has a credit or debit characteristics! i dunno!!!! it took me more than 30mins to think a single step of accounting!!! Its a shame on me because i am holding an Accounting degree!!! I think i have to back to basic of accounting again to refresh part of my brain which consists of all the accounting database!!!

有朋自远方来，所以当了几天的导游，发现自己还蛮有潜能的，可是还是对很多路不熟悉，全靠2009 Perth Directory!! 全新版本！哈哈哈哈！前天去了Caversham Wildlife Park，我只对Koala有兴趣，之前陪爸妈他们去过一次，只有Koala让我最想念！

树熊之所以叫树熊是因为他都是抱着树来睡觉，而他们每天睡觉的时间是20小时，所以只有4个小时活动的时间！他们吃的食物是Eucalyptus的叶子，华语称桉树，因为这树到部分长在澳洲，所以只有在澳洲才能看到树熊！

这只叫Mickey！名字不详，可是如果你的眼睛利的话，你可以看到他在抱着一个BABY

我家附近有一个蛮大的湖，那是我回家的必经之路，那条路的时速是50，路边有个路牌画了一只乌龟！我每次都问厨师“真的有乌龟吗？”因为我只看过鸭子，海鸥，黑天鹅，鸳鸯，pelican，超大的乌鸦，野兔，野生的鹦鹉。。。

昨天回家的路上打电话给朋友，开到湖边了所以要把速度放慢，突然间看到一只头很长的乌龟在过马路，就很兴奋跟朋友说我看到乌龟过马路！然后我再说上次我也看到兔子哦！

朋友就回答我“那你不是看到龟兔赛跑咯？！”

哇！好冷哦！昨天30多度却被这个笑话冷了一下！

Linguine 意大利干捞面

今天要介绍的是Linguine 可以说是意大利干捞面，因为它没有sauce，好吃的秘诀是要把培根煎的有一点烧焦，这样培根就会很香！要趁热吃，而且要吃得很快，不然面冷了就会很腻，因为用油炒的所以油腻是难免的！

刚才去邮政局，有包裹到了哦！哈哈哈！是我的火车到了！这只是其中一款，购买的过程有一点辛苦，要开夜车留意价钱，然后火车才坐飞机从英国来到澳洲！可以说是飞了半个地球才来到我的家！火车一共有四款，这是第三款，每款全球限量2500个！这个系列叫Tatty Teddy Express Train, 而这一款是 Mind the Gap!

I went to post office just now as I knew there will be something for me! I was right, my Tatty Teddy Express Train which I won it from Ebay UK. I worked really hard to won this train because I stayed till late in order to ensure that I am not outbid from other. This is the 3rd piece of 4. I haven't bought the other 3 yet (economic crisis)! LOL! This series is worldwide limited 2500 pieces. This figurine is handmade and comes with certificate of authenticity! Mine is 2433 out of 2500. This is my first limited collection of Me to You Tatty Teddy.

刚才跑出去外面，哇！发现好多蚂蚁在我家的信箱！什么时候它们把我家的信箱占领了？有比较大的虫虫，我不知道那时蚂蚁的猎物还是蚂蚁的皇后，只是看到蚂蚁都围着那些比较大的虫虫！看了很恶心！决定了拍下来也让大家一起恶心！我相信厨师回来一定会头痛！

还有一些orange的东西！

我觉得信箱里面还有很多蚂蚁，还好我的信不是寄来家里！

那天托姐姐在KK 买了我的镭射Printer的toner！马来西亚的价钱比这里便宜澳币30大洋！澳币30大洋差不多等于马币的100大洋！超便宜！还是原装货！价廉物美！今天我才把盒子才开来看，因为旧的toner用完了！发现里面的包装high tech，或许是我太‘山芭’没看过吧！毕竟这是我的第一部 Laser Printer！

那天（很久了）我去赏花了，因为春天提早到了，所以花也提早开了！公园是每天都开，可是花不是每天都会开！任贤齐也天天唱“春天花会开！”哈哈哈！公园里的主角是郁金香! 有很多不同颜色的郁金香，应该有十种以上！其他的话包括梅花！假的梅花我看得多，因为新年妈妈都喜欢在家里摆假的梅花，所以看到真的非常兴奋！在热带国家长大的小孩就是不知四季的变化！

由于最近才刚刚冒出一颗智慧牙，所以我都不想咬硬的食物，也没吃很多！厨师今天提议吃生菜包，换换口味也不错，也不需要很出力地咬！可是他就要很辛苦的切切切！哈哈哈！

材料有生菜、冬菇、芹菜、water chesnut、萝卜、红椒

还有免治牛肉、木耳、洋葱、蒜。

Fish and Chips

这是我在澳洲很常吃的料理！澳洲盛产海鲜，所以有一部分的海鲜都会比较便宜（我说的是澳币，不要换到马币）！就很像带子，青蚝，生蚝，一部分的鱼！（其实我也不是很清楚价钱）！

好啦！先来介绍我的最爱！

这是Seafood Delight，一片鱼，两只虾，两个Squid ring, 两粒带子和一大堆的薯条！

这是传统的Fish & Chips，名字介绍了他自己，就是鱼和薯条！

除了这两个选择，我有时候吃Chilli crab 或是Chilli Mussels, 我比较喜欢Chilli Mussels，因为比较容易吃！哈哈哈！如果不喜欢吃炸的，也可以选择吃Grill 的！老人家都是选择Grill 的，因为比较清淡，不油腻！

这家餐厅的名叫 Kailis, 已经传到第三代了，生意做得蛮大。第一代是意大利移民来澳州的，开渔船捕鱼，因为有剩下的鱼没有完全卖完，所以就开餐厅卖炸鱼！现在的生意还包挂卖珍珠，和批发鱼的加工品！它的地点也是在Fremantle 哦！

Mexican Kitchen!!!

今天我要介绍的是墨西哥餐！我每次经过这间餐厅都是满满的，所以被它吸引了！

餐厅名字：Mexican Kitchen，地点：Market Street, Fremantle.

这家餐厅有地下室哦！我们选择在这里用餐！非常有墨西哥风味！

墙上挂着墨西哥人的帽子！地下室的墙一律红色！

摆设都是旧旧的，很是非常特别！

他是厨师，他懂食材，所以当然有他点菜，我只懂数字！

这就是墨西哥香肠配饭和taco！我忘记了名叫什么，可是我记得味道是相当不错哦！

Kitchen Nacho! 有很多的粟片，cheese, 橄榄，豆类的，加上Sour Cream!

Nacho可以说得上是墨西哥餐代表之作！我个人是非常喜欢！

后记：对这一餐很满意，价钱有一点贵，可是给的份量也很多，味道很好，服务也很好！

上班近况

上班一切顺利！我的同事和经理都是家庭主妇，人很好，非常有爱心，因为他们都是好妈妈！他们平时都是全职的家庭主妇，只有在这个tax season上班！在公司从来都不搬弄是非，他们的话题都是工作，虽然他们是家庭主妇，但是千万不能小看他们！他们有的是经验，跟他们比起来我觉得我还在幼稚园！

我这个星期的工作时间是30小时！其实不会很多，因为很忙所以时间都过得很快，客人都是一个接着一个，才做完一个另外一位客人又来了！到目前为止，我应该做了70个吧，算是很多了，因为我不是每天都去上班，再加上我是新人！

星期二，我很荣幸的被经理称赞！因为我的平均价钱比其他人高！
星期三，经理跟我讲我是整个州内排名在新人榜Top 10!!!

理所当然的是新手上路免不了的是会做错一些事情！谢谢经理和同事的帮忙！希望我们合作愉快！

七月一日终于开工了！人生中第一次在办公室里工作，也是向我会计师的梦迈进的第一步！我的公司是一家专门为顾客报税，claim税，一切关于税务的事情！由于我是part time，所以我的名片卡上面要自己用笔写上去！

简约的介绍我的公司
公司名称：H&R Block Tax Accounting Firm

这是澳洲最多分行的tax accounting firm，也是全世界第二多分行的公司（排名第一的是麦当劳）。公司的创办人是来自美国的两兄弟，Henry Bloch & Richard Bloch。由于Bloch 很难发音所以为方便顾客发音及减少麻烦他们把 Bloch 换成 Block！他们的公司在美国迅速的发展，很快就有很多的分行，我忘了是哪一年他们把生意带来了澳洲，一开始的分行是十手指就能数完，现在这间公司是澳洲最大模型，而且为最多澳洲人管理税务的公司！

上班的第一天，一点都不忙，因为是第一天！澳洲的Financial year是从7月1日至第二年的6月30日。（澳洲人有一个很特别的习惯，他们总是要跟别人不一样，要显得自己比较特别，讲话喜欢有自己的音调，什么事情都要显得自己很特别！就连financial year的日期也要跟别人不一样！）昨天到回去上班很明显比上个星期忙了很多！电话响个不停，人也陆陆续续得来！我遇到很多莫名其妙的人，有喝醉酒的顾客（在这里白天喝醉是很正常的事），有无理取闹，有糊里糊涂。。。幸好的是我都顺利完成！昨天放工回家觉得很累，虽然只有工作了5个小时，可是很像是十个小时！肚子也饿得不像话！

今天可以好好的休息，明天又要回去工作了！要加油！

p/s：姐姐说有台湾的朋友在看我的部落各，她叫我用华文写，所以我就乖乖的听姐姐讲，这样我的部落各就会有多一点的支持者！

我期盼的假期终于到了！我可以好好地睡觉，尽情地玩，可是很快就要开工了！开工的是暂时不理，因为我要好好的享受假期！

最近真的有很多很好看的电影！因为我要省钱所以一个星期只能看一部电影，在这里星期二看电影是半价的！我最近看了两部电影！The Happening & You dont mess with Zohan!!! 下个星期二看的电影是Kung Fu Panda!!!

The Happening - is a science fiction movie. If u love to watch Sixth Sense, then u will love tis movie too because tis movie is created by the same creator of Sixth Sense. There is airborne in the town, a science teacher tried to protect his wife n daughter of his fren. Anyone who is affected by the airborne will consequently kill themselves. So in this movie, u will see everyone is killing themselves by different method, such as shot themselves by gun, stab themselves, hang themselves on the tree.....if u r not brave enough n u dun like to watch horror or scary movie, u better dun watch this movie.

You dont mess with Zohan -- is a comedy. But i think there is a story behind the comedy, kinda political n racism issues. Just enjoy the movie, the funny part, tis movie is under my expectation, i tot it is really funny but it is not.

These are the movies i watched recently... they r all good!!! ya...maybe u will say 'i tot u r busy for ur study, how come u still have time to watch movie?' and also you might think 'i tot u said u r not working, how come u still have money to watch movie?'

Let me explain to u...altot i m busy for my study, i need to relax n some entertainmen too. some more perth is a very boring place, dun have much entertainment n now is movie season, all the good movies are in the cinema. I m not working = no income but i still have saving tat can afford me to watch movie. Student price is cheaper n tuesday is half price.

Ok! Let talks bout the movie...

What happens in vegas is a comedy love story!!! its funny and romantic too!! two strangers try to work it out as a couple in order to share the money they won in Vegas!!

Indiana Jones is an adventure movie...n lit bit funny...its kinda interesting but i feel weird at the end of the movie, because there is an UFO at the end of the movie. Indiana Jones is getting high tech!!!

He joined a group n they challenged all the casino around the world. Counting card is not illegal in law but it could be a trouble if u r caught by casino.

Sex and the city....4 women looking for their loves in New York! Tis movie is like the conclusion of the sex and the city episodes. I was told tat but i dunno whether is true because i din watch the episode, so i was kinda blur when i was sitting in the cinema. Its nothing bout sex here, its all bout finding love in the big city and the friendship among the 4 ladies. Its a funny movie too. But never bring kids to tis movie because there is some scenes which are not suitable for kids.

我又辞职了！今年是第二次！

其实我一点都不喜欢这份工，因为那边根本都不属于我的！

那边的人做工头脑很简单，不会shortcut，所以当我shourtcut的时候，他们不明白为什么我要这么做，自然就会觉得我是错的！

因为我的加入，有些人的时间被我拿了，所以他们不喜欢我，都不和我讲话！

一大堆的菲律宾人，他们的语言快要弄到我发疯了！

每次去做工都很想快一点回家，所以辞掉这一份工我会觉得是一种解脱！

Guess wat! I passed my course in H&R Block (tax accounting firm) and i can work for them!!! I will be an OL very soon!!! Dun have to wear the red uniform from Hungry Jack's anymore!!! Erm...may be i will back to Hungry Jack's for fun but not working full time there!!! I am so happy, everyone happy for me too!!! I personally think my family is proud of me too!!! hahaha!!!

Anyway. this is a new challenge for me as i have to do the REAL tax return, not the one i always do on my textbook. I gonna meet REAL ppl, REAL payg summary, REAL receipt and do the REAL tax return!!! Everything is REAL now!!!

Chicken in Pyjamas (Parmigiana)

This is my "Chicken in Pyjamas" with ribbon pasta. This is Italian dish but i dunno how to say it in italian so my personal chef told me that just say it as "Chicken in Pyjamas".

I always have special meal on sunday and monday because my personal chef has her two days off.

Ok. How to make this chicken n wat do u need?

Ingredient: Crumbed chicken fillet (wat we got were ready to cook one from the meat gourmet shop), mozarella shredded cheese, parmesan cheese powder, pasta sauce, black pepper, green peas, onion for pasta.

Steps: 1. Fry the chicken fillet. 2. Put black pepper, pasta sauce and mozarella cheese on the fried chicken then sprinkle some parmesan cheese on the top. 3. Put the chicken into oven until the cheese melt. 4. While waiting for the chicken, cook the pasta. 5. Take the chicken out from the oven when the cheese is melted and a lit bit burn (taste better). 6. Serve hot!!!

Suggestion: Due to too much cheese on it, i suggest that eat this once a year.

这个男人非常惹人讨厌！因为他死爱面子，爱批评别人，吝啬，嘴巴臭，贪小便宜，骗财骗色，小气。。。还有很多说不完的缺点！

昨晚到朋友家吃饭，她男朋友也在，我们之前就认识了，我已经对他有一点反感了所以我都不想和他讲话，他就走过来跟我讲“这个这么肥的是哪一位？”而且还要带着他的中国腔！我就当着听不见就不理他！

吃饭的时候，他又跟我讲话，可是我不想理他，我就回答他“我很久没有听你讲话，我听不懂你在讲什么！”另外一个朋友就说“你应该跟他讲你听不懂中国话！”我们在讽刺他！接着我们就开始针对他，笑他的英文，sank u, happy birsday, 笑他考车靠了三次才及格，因为考车管是看人的，而且他一来就讲sank u，所以就不及格了！哈哈！

有可能是因为他不爽我们一起针对他，吃饱后，我坐着看电视的时候，他又走过来了！
他：“有一句话我憋在心里面很久了想要跟你讲，我再也忍不住了，lisa, 是时候减肥了！”
我：“没关系啊，我喜欢就好！你还不是一样肥”
他：“你不要讲我跟你一样，我是男的，你是女的！”

KOREAN BaBiQ

韩国传统无烟炭烧烤肉！无烟是骗人的，炭烧确实是真的！上星期六晚上爱吃二人组到Cora Korean BBQ 吃！韩国烤肉在Perth还算流行，因为最近开了满多间，Cora就是其中一间！因为新店开张所以在报纸上有做宣传，只要带着他们所刊登的广告就能享受20% off。原价$35, after discount $28, 所以两个人就省了$14. 很划！

这是我第二次吃，我个人蛮喜欢BBQ的，再加上冷冷的天气去吃，爽啊！

这就是我们的炭烧烤炉！

忘了强调这是自助餐，所以全部的食物都任拿！猪肉，牛肉，鸡肉，羊肉，虾，八爪鱼，mussel, kimchi, sushi, miso soup, dessert.......
整晚都使我在负责烧烤，因为我太爱了！哈哈！
而他就负责吃！

差不多吃了一个半小时，我们都撑着了！就这就是甜品！对了，他们还免费提供汽水！Conclusion, 有20% off 是很值得了，记得千万不要穿太美的衣服去吃korean bbq，因为衣服都会臭臭的，也有可能会沾到油迹！

BRUNCH

星期天早上，理所当然要迟一点才起身，因为这样才像星期天!!! 因为迟起来的关系所以早餐和午餐都是一起吃，英文所称的Brunch = breakfast + lunch. 先介绍我的brunch有些什么: scrumble egg with bacon, viana toast, baked bean, mushroom soup and rock melon.

我家里的厨师，很坚持地要煮蘑菇汤给我喝，不是罐头的蘑菇汤，而是他自己煮的蘑菇汤，用部butter, flour, milk and cream，到最后就用blender把蘑菇全部打烂！汤的名字叫creamy mushroom soup, 所以是非常奶!! 相片里面很像黑芝麻糊的就是蘑菇汤！

this is scrumble egg with bacon, scrumble egg supposed to be plain, no bacon in it, tis is more or less like omellette. i learnt how to cook scrumble egg, add some cream, pepper and salt into the egg into stir together. The bread (became toast in the pic) is viana, head chef in the house said that it is european bread, we got it from a bakery open by vietnamese, fresh made everyday.

this is fruit of my brunch, rockmelon!!! one of my favourite fruit!!! same family with honeydew but tis is much better than honeydew!! i love it!!

wat do u think bout my brunch? it was nice, wasn't it? haha!! anyway have to do more exercise after having tis FULL brunch!!! by the way, thx for my head chef to cook tis for me!!! thank u!!

IKEA

it was aunty jeanne's day off yesterday, i asked her to go to IKEA. I dunno why i like to go to IKEA for no reason.

The cafe located at the left hand side of the entrance, so absolutely we will visit the cafe first! Swedish meetball our first choice! actually they din provide much variety in the cafe, the meetball will be the best to choice. Meetball with chips, cranberry jam and cream sauce and we have salad. The food there is cheap and above average.

We shop around after our meal, this is a new IKEA store, u will get loss in the showroom which i did yesterday. the only way to get out is follow the arrow on the floor. the store is double storey, ground floor is the marketplace which u pick up your parcel and checkout, first floor is cafe n showroom.

Guess wat. we din buy furniture from IKEA but we buy food from IKEA, meetball, cranberry jam and cream sauce (gravy for meetball ball).

First at all, let me say Happy Birthday to Aunty Jeanne!!! It was her birthday yesterday! 4th April.

It was my day off yesterday too, din go to work din do my assignment, completely free (means that i need to put more effort today to catch up wat i left over yesterday).

I wanna get a laser printer which can prnt faster than bubble jet. lolz. Actually i went to dick smith on tue adter my HR Block class. The girl told me tat they only have the one on display n they dun have any stock coming in. i said ok then i will take the one on the display. she told me to wait while she grab the box for the printer. ok, after i have been waiting for 15-20mins, she came out from store room n told me tat they dun have the box anymore so they cant sell it to me!!! fine, i try my luck again yesterday. i went to jb hi-fi. i was so excited when i saw the price is even lower than dick smith. again, same thing happened. they only have the one on the display no more stock!!!! BUT, they have stock coming in next week. Should be a good news, isn't it?

I found that the supply in Perth cant catch up with the demand, everything sold out, wats wrong with the stock manager, wats wrong with the delivery, i just dun get it! even u have lots money but u cant get wat u want!!! i m pissed off!!! Wii console is sold out too, one of the promoter told me that the daily production of Wii is 2million. can u believe tat? the production is for whole world, means tat almost everyone owns a wii now. I wanna have one too so i have place an order at toy 'r' us with the deposit of $20.

I went to a bakery in Canning Hwy called Cakes Delight Bakery (something like tat) owned by singapore chinese. My favourite chocolate cake all reserved, aunty jeanne's favourite durian cake sold out!!! OMG!!! i hate to listen 'SOLD OUT'!!! Finally i got a PEAR WILLIAMS CAKE, never heard of tis cake. no ideal wats inside the cake, definitely u have pear as shown in the name. i asked the guy should i put it into freezer, he said yes yes, our cake is non-artificial! the cake is quite expensive compare with The Cheesecake Shop, half KG costs me about $27, usually we cn pick up a 1kg cake from cheesecake shop around tat price too. when i get home, i listen to wat i have been told by tat guy, i put the cake into the freezer.

The cake was rock hard when aunty jeanne got home, she asked me why did i put it into the freezer, i told her that i was told to do so, she was angry (she can angry easily). she rang the bakery n asked them wats the reason to put the cake into the freezer (because the cake is not an ice-cream cake), she said how m i going to eat the cake. bla bla bla. i think the person in the phone will keep on apologize.

at nite, we went to a restaurant called FOO WAH in collins road. myra, willy, aunty jeanne n me, 4 of us. we have peking duck n sheng choi bao, sambal kangkung, 佛山鸡，姜葱鹿肉 and butter prawn. big feast!! the duck and 佛山鸡 are perfect, very nice dishes. sambal kangkung and butter prawn above average. i dun like 姜葱鹿肉, not tasty like the restaurant in beaufort. everyone enjoy the meal coz we almost finished all of them. after the meal, we have the cake for dessert. lucky the cake is soft, or else i m sure aunty jeanne will call the bakery again!!! we went home after the meal. it was an enjoyable dinner with myra n willy.

tat was my double 4 of 2008, kinda exciting but not really exciting!! haha!! lame

前天到上班的地方找两个朋友，我并没有上班，纯粹去聊天！他们两个不断地对我投诉工作的事情，三个人在厨房里讲华语和广东话，虽然我们有被警告要讲英文，可是我们见面都是习惯了讲华语和广东话，第二，讲华语和广东话他们才听不明白！哈哈！

工作的地方最近来了几个令人很讨厌的人，懒惰、自作聪明、上班时间去抽烟。。。。其中有一个男的给我弄哭了，17或18岁的男子躲在cold room里面哭，很不幸的给我看到！当我有心教他东西，他不听，不听就算了，动作很慢，早上五点到六点的时间，一个小时的时间就是给我们准备开门做生意，当然要先准备早餐用的东西，他并不是这样，为什么他每天早上在那边工作可是他却不知道这么简单的道理，这么简单的程序？我那天教会他了，给了他一个教训，经理也知道我这样做，经理也不管。直到昨天我上班又遇到他，他学会了，他怕了，虽然速度还是不够快，但始总算可以一个人应付。

我每个星期只是星期五早上上班，everytime i arrived at work i know shit happened, i should say they always leave the shit thing for me. Last fri, they din dump the oil in the pump since the previous sat. They left the oil in the pump for whole week, wat were they doing? those ppl doing open from sun to thu, why cant you gys scoop the oil from the pump? just because the oil is stink? or because the oil is disgusting? if it is, why i have to do it? it was not my fault. yesterday i back to work, same shit but different day, the drain valve of the 4th fryer was blocked, i have to scoop the oil by using container into the pump. Guess wat, the oil temperature was 100 degree(usually oil temperature is 170 degree) I can burn myself anytime and sue the company.

i think i have enough with this job, maybe one day i will just walk out n tell the manager, tats it i have enough. i really sick of this job, sick of the place, sick of those lazy ppl working there, sick of shit things that they left it to me, sick of those ppl go for a smoke during work, sick of those weird ppl.

MEXICANA NACHO

My personal chef made me Mexican food - Nacho for lunch yesterday! Quite interesting food and easy to prepare.

Wat you need are : Corn chips (original flavour - unsalted), shredded cheese, sour cream, n any ingredient u like for ur dipping.

I got minced beef, kidney bean, button mushroom, capsicum, celery, onion and a touch of pepper n chili powder with italian pasta sauce for the dipping. Mexican food meant to be spicy. This is my personal chef own recipe. She subsitute the mexicana sauce with italian pasta sauce.

Spread the corn chips on the oven plate, spread shredded cheese on the corn chips make sure the cheese is on every corn chip but not too much of cheese. Put into oven n wait till the cheese melt. keep ur eyes on it or else the corn chips will burn.

When everything is ready, get a piece of corn chip, put some dipping on the chip n sour cream on top. Open your mouth! You will love it!!!

Movie season

Its long Easter weekend...many nice movies are in the cinema now...

I watched two movies within a week...i break my record...i went for Vantage Point on sunday and today i went for Step Up 2 The Street. Both of them are good movies.

Vantage Point is an action movie. The way the director made this movie is very unique, never watch a movie like tis before. I tried so hard to figure out wats going on, the movie din tell me directly wats going on, its like playing back from different point of view and u will wonder n talk to urself "now i know". Vantage Point - good movie!!

Step Up 2 The Street is a movie for teenagers. Story talking bout a girl used to dance hip-hop on the street but due to her guardian, she has to study in a art school. Her street dancing gang kick her out from their gang becoz of she is going to school. Finally, she form a group of hip-hop dancer n battle with her previous street dancing group. The dancing in the movie is perfect.

Overall, I think Vantage Point is more exciting n interesting. But on the other hand, if u love hip hop dancing then u will love Step Up 2.

Let's ROLL

I m learning rollerblade...which i always want to learn...now i got it...so happy....

Ingredients:

Instructor - Jeanne (F.O.C)

Rollerblade - BladeX women size 6 ($149.99)

Protection tools - wrist, elbow & knee cap ($34.99)

Preparations:

Go to a wide n smooth surface. (path in the park)
Put protection tools on
Put rollerblade on
Body bend forward, never go backward
Start roll.

For the 1st time i was freak...dun dare to move...but at least i felt how can i walk with 8 wheels under my shoes. cant balance well, worried to fall down, etc.

2nd time, i can roll better than the 1st time...i roll faster, i can balance better, i got more confident...but i fell down...accident was happened when my body went backward. i was sliding hit my butt on the floor, twisted my left index finger. I couldn't stand up coz my butt was really hurt. my instructor was shocked n she was too far from me so she din make to catch me.

However, i will not give up as falling down is the essential part when u learn to walk so as when u learn to play rollerblade. I will take tis challenge keep rolling....ROLLERBLADE ROCKS!!! LISA ROCKS!!!
